The blue light attracts flying insects, and the sticky cartridge traps them whiteout using spray or strong odors. Its work quietly, runs continuously, and gives me peace of mind in my kitchen. Overall, it's a convenient and effective solution for helping control flying insects and I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest I didn't have a lot of faith in this since it seemed like this a sticky bad when I open the box but after plugging it in in the next morning, checking it, and there were already fruit flies on there. I am now a believer I plugged this in away from my countertops, just to see if it really attracted them. I had noticed just a few fruit flies after bringing in some fruit from a local farmers market so it came at the perfect time. It's not distracting because it's plugged in closer to the floor. There's no odor. After saying that it does in fact work I've already ordered refills and another compact unit to put in my office because in the summertime when we go back to school in the building is reopened there are always fruit flies and drain flies that come out out of nowhere that drive us crazy I have previously tried all of the home remedies for fruit flies. THe only solution I had found previously that works caused our whole office to smell like vinegar, which is not pleasant. There is no odor to me that is a win automatically.

It has an attraction light and keeps the bugs hidden so they aren't visible by anyone. I just wish it was a cute design but it does its job!

The bright blue uv light is powerful and does a great job attracting flying insects. One of the features I appreciate most is that it works without chemicals or insecticide making it safer to use.Overall it is a convenient way to keep flying insects under control. It was very easy to set up as I followed the instructions in the leaflet in the box. It is aesthetically pleasing to me look at as it seems like a wall plug in air freshener. The blue light also has this cool effect in a dark room. It works efficiently and silently. It does not require any maintenance. Just plug it in and let it do its work.

The blue light photos as an attraction for flies but also a little night light in the kitchen. I bought a second one just to put on the other side of my countertop.
