After a few days, there were already a few gnats that had been caught and I haven't seen any flying around my plants. It's super easy to install, and I like that it's easy to remove and replace, as someone who doesn't like dealing with bugs for ANY type. My kids left the back door open and a couple flies flew inside. They've literally been flying around my house, right next to this trap, and haven't been interested.
