The amount of insects that the trap actually caught when compared to the amount of insects that I still see in my home is disappointing. Installation is very simple which I did appreciate. Maybe try placing it in different places around your kitchen to maximize its effectiveness in catching the insects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi Foster, for a bird rescue and wind up getting a lot of gnats from the birdseed. These annoying little creatures have the audacity to fly in front of me and they are just a nuisance. Well, I do feel a little bad that they are attracted to the blue light coming from the device and then sticking to t the adhesive insert, there is no other way. These little gnats hover over the birds fresh foods and it seems as though there are more each day!! Zero has been a perfect solution . The insert is simple to pull out. It has a little latch at the top so you do not touch any of the glue. You simply pull out the cartridge. Throw it away and insert a new one. I will forever be purchasing Zevo as it gives me peace of mind.

The light attracts the bugs and the sticky back catches them. I love that they are non toxic because I have pets.

Like I thought it would be a big difference. After a few days only caught one. I even tried moving it in different places near areas that attracted bugs.

Mosquitoes and flies always seem to find their way into the house, but Zevo takes care of that problem for us. The blue light attracts them and lures them into the trap. Safe for the house and even makes a nice nightlight!

The box includes 1 device and 1 cartridge right out of the gate, though you will need to purchase cartridge refills if you want to continue using the device long term. Setup is an absolute breeze since the included instructions are incredibly easy to read and understand. I found that this full size version works best in high traffic areas like living rooms, kitchen and entry ways where bugs like to hangout. It features a helpful indicator system: if the blue light flashes, it simply means you need to check the cartridge. You'll know it's time for a new cartridge when it is either visually full of insects or after 30 to 45 days, whichever comes first. It's an effective low maintenance way to keep a home bug free!

I've had it up for about a week and got a few bugs caught; but I also don't have known fruit flys or other bugs in my house so it is doing its job. I'm not sure how I feel about the blue light and UV that's constantly radiating off this device. Wish there was a timer so it could be periodically used and not always on; could unplug but that seems inconvenient to have to keep plugging in and out. It's also quite large and I don't like it so close to my countertops as the thought of dead bugs in the kitchen grosses me out. Not sure if I will buy refills
