Set up is easy and the only part I don’t like is having change the filter and actually acknowledge all the bugs that were in my space! Even then, it’s just a quick toss in the trash and an insert of a refill.

It’s even in an area that doesn’t have too many bugs flying around, so it just demonstrates how it attracts and kills them. I do wish I could rotate the outlet plug (or maybe I can and missed it) but overall, I’m happy with it!

It did a good job of collecting up little gnats, but there were a few flies that never got the memo. Love how fast & straightforward the product is. The light it emits is pleasant as well. Overall, it does a pretty good job, just don't expect it to eradicate large flies the way it does smaller insects.
