Bugs are attracted to the light and stick to the adhesive. It's very easy to install just plug it in. The one downside I see is that it takes up and outlet and is visible in your home but I usually just hide it behind furniture or a plant and it works great!

It requires very little set up, it doesn't have a smell and you just plug it in and forget it. I've found the most success using it in tandem with apple cider vinegar. I tried this brand for the first time after dealing with pesky fruit flies and gnats around the kitchen, and plugging it in couldn't have been easier. The soft blue light isn't overly bright, but it draws insects in effortlessly without any loud zapping noises, messy sprays, or harsh odors. Within just a day or two, it started trapping flies out of sight on the back adhesive card, so I don't ever have to look at them or touch them directly. The day before it arrived, I had noticed a few flies buzzing around the kitchen, and thought, "How convenient that I have a Zevo | Flying Insect Trap on the way!" So, I plugged it in immediately and forgot all about it for the next hour or two. When I checked on it, I was amazed to see that in just in that short amount of time, there were nine flies trapped in it. NINE! My flabbers we're gasted! I didn't even realize there were that many buzzing around! (Safe to say, I will never leave my windows open in the summertime again). But Zevo sure made quick work of them! The photo you see was taken after only 2 days. The product does exactly what it says it will do. The UV light attracts bugs, and when they fly in, they get stuck on the sticky trap. And once it is full, you just pull the sticky tab out by the little handle at the top, and toss it in the trash. Then you refill it with another cartridge. Your fingers never have to actually touch the stickiness! Additionally, it makes a super great night night! If you get up in the wee hours, needing a glass of water; again, Zevo has your back! 10/10!
