It does well to attract pests and it has a sticky surface to trap them. We mostly have it in the kitchen near the sink, plants, and room temperature kept produce. They are easy to remove the refill and easy to reinstall.

All you do is plug it in and let it do its thing. It is a decent size but it still allows you to use the bottom outlet if you need too. Once it's time to change the filter you just pull it out and place the new one in. Would I recommend this? Yes of course.

I love that is completely quiet, so I honestly forget it's even pugged in, yet it continuously catches flying insects with no effort. I also like it works without sprays or strong odors, which makes me feel comfortable around the house. The refills last a long time, and for the amount of bugs it catches, I think is definitely worth the price and value.

Just peel off the protective film and plug it in. There's no smell. It relies on UV light to attract insects. It has been three weeks since I first plugged it in, and it caught 1 insect.
