[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly and overall set up for this Zevo flying insect trap were so incredibly easy that I honestly didn't even look at the instructions until after I already had it put together and plugged in. When I did finally glance at the manual, the instructions were super clear, straightforward, and easy to understand. The plastic body is very lightweight, and the blue light glows softly in the dark, which acts like a nice nightlight. For my placement, the plug right next to my fruit dish was already occupied, so I ended up plugging it in halfway down the counter instead. I honestly didn't expect it to do much since I hadn't noticed many fruit flies around recently. However, after about a week, I checked it and was surprised by the quantity it caught—there were already about 7 or 8 trapped on the sticky pad!

Although that's disgusting to me, I am glad that it worked. We put it near the back door since the dogs and kids run in and out all day and don't always shut the screen or door all the way. I didn't notice any noise and the light just reminds me of a night light and all the bugs trapped are hidden until you check inside the light. I recommend this and recommend just giving it time to work before writing it off.

The flies stick to it and the stickiness is great and doesn’t get any less with time. Stays strong and efficient even after a month. Since it doesn’t give any shock etc so it’s very safe too. I like the blue light especially at night because it makes my any room look upscale. This insect trap is very effective and gets the job done. The trap is not too big and bulky and barely noticeable. Im glad that it’s also easy to replace the sticky part of the trap.
