Within the first day, I started noticing it catching gnats and small flying insects that had been buzzing around my house. It's completely silent, there's no strong odor, and I like that it doesn't use chemical sprays. The blue light is subtle enough that it isn't distracting, especially when it's plugged into a hallway or kitchen outlet. The only downside is that you'll need to replace the sticky refill cartridges periodically, especially if you have a lot of insects. I placed the Zevo Flying Insect Trap in my kitchen next to the fruit and bread on the counter, where we tend to notice the occasional fruit flies and pantry moths. Within a short time, it had already caught a number of fruit flies and moths, just as shown in the picture. I really like that it works continuously with its blue and UV light and doesn't rely on chemical insecticides, so I can comfortably keep it in the kitchen. It's quiet, easy to set up, and blends in much better than traditional bug traps. If you're looking for an effective, mess free way to control fruit flies, moths, and other small flying insects, I highly recommend the Zevo Flying Insect Trap. It's been a great addition to our kitchen and has definitely lived up to my expectations.

To my surprise it caught little fruit flies that I didn’t even know we had! There is no noise, no odor, and the light is not bothersome. Overall, I plan to continue to use this item and purchase refills!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The warmer it gets the more fruit flies we have! This was easy to assemble, but was not very effective. We have a small kitchen and you can see that this device is very large. It is supposed to work best at night and supposed to be away from light sources, which is challenging with our kitchen set up. Our small containers of water, apple cider vinegar and soap worked better and are less intrusive.
