I purchased other Keter items that I was happy with but not this one. There are 9 stainless bolts and nuts you install for assembly, simple enough? No! The nuts install in a slot but if you don't tape them in or something they fall out easily before you can get them on bolt. Lost one in grass and it doesn't come with any extra. having to dissamble to try the nut alignment the plastic snaps break off. I hope to get one out of the two I purchased. Pay more and get better quality.

Great rocker and price

Assembly was hard to get the nut aligned so the screws would fully engage; you do not realize this until you have arms installed.

Bought 1 rocker model and two regular models. Rocker model does not come with cup holder which is odd and irritating since it rocks and your drink slides off constantly. Contacted customer support and asked about getting a replacement arm with cup holder. I put all three together and the right arms go together exactly the same way. Customer rep asked me to send email with proof of purchase and picture of product. After a few days, got response from same rep saying "Thank you for providing the information requested. The Adirondack Rocking Chair in your possession does not come with a cup holder in the arm chair." I have responded twice asking to purchase a left arm with cup holder and have received no response whatsoever! keter will take your $$$ but has terrible customer service!

When are you going to get nice colors. The only ones you have are but ulgy.
