We are loving this mattress. I used to wake up 3 and 4 times a night and never would I sleep later than 4 a.m. Now I am waking up at 7-7:30. Good thing we are retired! The only negative thing I would say is that it is hard to change positions, but being able to sleep all night and get a full night's sleep is wonderful.

Felt great initially but then I started having back pain and waking up with soreness and hip pain. I am a side sleeper. It sinks in well but don't know why I feel like it's a tad too firm. Am trying to switch to a softer one now. Overall it's a great quality bed.

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Their service was extraordinary! They far exceeded my expectations! Everything they said and did was perfect! I am so excited to have found truly great service in today's world! We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.

For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

I'm 54 and recently purchased my ProAdapt Firm mattress and adjustable base at the Novi Home show. This mattress is the best! I should have made the investment along time ago. It is the absolutely best sleep experience I've ever had. Just sitting in bed watching my new TV with the head raised is a blessing. It's like a staycation. The purchase included 2 pillows and a sheet set and extended warranty.

We purchased the pro adapt hybrid mattress for my husbands painful back but the bed not only helped his back it made a huge difference for my neck. I've had neck surgery and just lived with stiffness and pain. After sleeping on this bed for a week or so , I noticed that my neck and shoulders were relaxed with much less pain! We will never change to a different type bed now!

The warranty provided partial coverage and we jumped at the chance to get a new mattress. These are the best mattresses and the company has been easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

I've tried other brands of memory foam mattresses and they don't not even come close to the quality and comfort of a true Tempur-pedic! My back issues and quality of sleep have greatly improved since owning a Tempur-Pedic and no previous mattress that I have owned ever came close to the support and comfort of a real Tempur-Pedic. I will always own a true Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is one of the best investments anyone can make and well worth it!
