This mattress is practically perfect in the way it supports the body. I can wake up and get out of bed without pain. I tried other mattresses including sleep number and none of them alleviated my pain like this one. I'm a side sleeper but with this mattress I've found I've been sleeping on my back more because it takes all the pain away. Side sleeping is nice too but it feels the best on my back.

Lumber support is needed to accommodate malformed vertebrae. For the past 17 years, an earlier Tempur-Pedic has done that. Now, this "new kid on the block" has the wherewithal to do the same. So far, it has considerable promise, especially with the adjustable frame. I am pleased.

I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. I've always had and grown up with spring mattresses so a foam bed was a little hard for me to get used to. Something about bouncing into bed helps me mentally prepare for sleep. The first few weeks I had a hard time getting to sleep because of this. However I did notice once I was asleep I woke up less in the middle of the night. My husband however loved it from night one. He has been a fan of Tempur-Pedic beds so he is more accustomed to it. He falls asleep instantly and deeply. So I would say the type of mattress you are used to plays a part in whether you love it instantly or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] before sleeping on this new bed I would wake up multiple times a night I'd wake up at 5-6 am and stay awake for hours. I would wake up to use the restroom at times twice a night. I would wake up with back pain. Now all those negatives affects of a bad bed have gone away. Also strangely enough now I dream almost every night as before I would rarely dream.

I was told by the sales associate that I wouldn't like it for the first week and at least until it was broken in like the one on display which was around 6 months old. I have to be extremely honest with you, from that very first night I slept on it, was the best night of sleeping. I have noticed an improvement in my posture and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. Quality is outstanding. I can't find anything wrong with it at all.

Don't know how they do it! When I slapped my hand on the bed, it felt close that of a "redgit board". Then, when you lay down on the mattress, it like sinking into a cloud (Just an analogy as I have never slept on a cloud - full disclosure here). The mattress simply adjusts to your entire body and gives you the most comfortable sleep ever. I guess the secret formula will never bare its sole.

Our first mattress sagged after 4 years and super uncomfortable. Our warranty replacement is just as awful and painful to sleep in. Haven't had a good night sleep in 5 years. My husband now has sciatica and hip issues due to this awful bed. Do not waste your money on this awful product. The worst mattress ever. It is not comfortable

I'm 6'2", 270. larger than your average human man. I have chronic lower back issues. For many years, I urged my partner to get a Tempur-pedic and he finally agreed after seeing many videos about the new cooling cover. We got it about 30 days ago and my first thought was that it was too firm. Now I feel it's just right. PERFECT for both of us, actually. I hope it lasts, that is my only concern, as it's pricey.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....
