The mattress in the store felt much softer than the one we received. We complained and were told it will soften over time. I had my kids pound away jumping on this thing and it has never softened. Now TempurPedic will not honor the warranty. Stay away if you want a soft mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great support for your back overall. Very with the cooling feature, it stays pretty cool throughout the night. The hybrid is a great option for me and my wife, we dont get that sinking feeling as much and its much easier to get in and out of bed.

Would have gone with the gel version, but they didn't have it in firm. The "white glove" delivery service leaves a lot to be desired -- couple of guys and a truck -- took all three of us get it off-loaded and up the stairs. They clearly didn't know anything about the frame and set up.

If you are looking for a firm mattress, the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm is fantastic. After a couple of minutes it molds to the shape of your body, holing you in a straight, comfortable position. Our old mattress was causing back pain due to sagging. After only a couple of nights on the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm there was a significant improvement with complete relief a few days later.

This is some of the best money we've ever spent! We also have the ergo frame for the mattress which is great for watching TV. The Zero Gravity button is another bonus. I USE to wake up with a sore back every single morning, not anymore since we got this bed. Only regret is not buying this sooner. We now look forward to hanging out in our bed it's so awesome. The mattress that we tested in the store was soft and comfortable. The mattress we received is like laying on a piece of plywood, and it's been 2 months. Tempurpedic is completely unwilling to do anything about this either telling me I have to use the free 90 trial which you only get one exchange to get a new mattress.

I'm a side sleeper, he's a back sleeper, our giant dog is an every where every way all over us sleeper and we are ALL sleeping fantastically well! Only downside is that the mattress depth makes finding properly fitting sheets difficult. Glad I picked up 2 sets from Tempur-Pedic with my promo cash. I definitely recommend getting a few sets of the sheets as well.

I love being able to adjust the bed, whether your feet are tired and you want to elevate them or you want your head elevated or both, you can get exactly what you want. I love it and I will never go back to a regular bed.
