It is a superb wet and dry foil shaver that adapts to every single edge and curve of my face when shaving, thanks to its 360 Flex swivel head. The innovative Autosense Technology automatically adapts its power level according to the density of the hair. The three flexible blades consist of two foil blades and a trimmer blade in the middle, which get really close to the skin, providing an ultimate close shave that leaves my facial skin baby smooth and soft, without irritating it or creating razor bumps. The shaver reads and adapts to your beard density, removing hairs in every stroke for a smooth shave. The handle is ergonomic and easy to use and get used to. I love the ease of cleaning this shaver too. I get a nice clean shaver each and every time I use this shaver. The shaver features a smart display of how much battery life is remaining, so I always know when I have to recharge it before it runs out. I like that this shaver comes with an attachment for precision trims like creating straight edges along the beard line or trimming back sideburns for that sleek, polished look. This electric shaver is made of excellent quality, it doesn't feel flimsy, it has a good weight and feels comfortable and secure in my hand while using it. I also like that it includes a sturdy, protective travel case that makes it easy for me to take it with me anywhere I go or just to store it securely. I like the Cleaning cartridge that comes with it so it becomes easy to clean. Definitely recommend this product.

I wish the battery life was a touch longer. Very comfortable to hold and was quiet. Pulled my hair a bit but didn't cut me. Overall looking forward to continuing to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun 7171cc is honestly the easiest to use, most consistent shaver I’ve ever had. Along with its self cleaning system, makes it a must buy! It comes with a few other heads for more situational positions, making it a replacement for two of the tools I used to use. Because of the quality of the foil system, and its light water resistance, I am able to dry or wet, shave without having to worry about redness or discomfort.

It was perfect. I love that. It has a reservoir for easy cleaning. I love that. I could use it for an extended amount of time and the battery not die quick. I love that. I didn’t have to worry about being cut or nicked. I love the case that it comes in.

I do recommend letting it sit for a little while after cleaning before using it unless you want the cleaning solution all over, but it’s meant to clean and sit for your next shave. The shave itself is incredible. I had an older Braun model that has worked well for years, but nothing like this. I used to have to use the long hair trimmer before the main razor if I skipped a day of shaving with my older model, but this trims longer stubble no problem and it’s the smoothest shave I’ve had in years. The way it contours to your face, it effortlessly shaves with no tugging or cuts at all, and it gets all the places other razors have trouble with or miss. It’s a bit of a tight fit under the nose on the mustache, but it works well. It’s very fast and effective, and cuts so close. It leaves your skin feeling absolutely smooth. I like that it comes with a handy, low profile carrying case for travel too. Hands down, it’s the best razor I’ve used.
