This table is beautiful and quite heavy. It arrived in 3 large boxes that were beat up. I had my doubts about whether or not the table and chairs would be in good condition. The packaging protected the table and chairs despite the damage. My husband and I assembled the table and chairs by ourselves and we felt the directions were good, as was the packaging of all the parts (each chair had it’s parts individually blister packed so it was easy to find and you knew you had all of the appropriate screws and washers at a glance). We used some of our own tools, so I cannot say whether the tools provided would have done the job or not. The table top is incredibly heavy! We managed to pick it up and position each end on saw horses to elevate it so we could slide the table base underneath it and attach it to the table top. This worked well. Once completely assembled, the only issue we had is the ignition button does not work. We can manually light the burner with a lighter for now though. My husband is working with the 800 number provided to get a working part. The chairs are comfortable and the fire fantastic on a cool night. The flame is adjustable and will really put out some heat on high. There is plenty of room around the fire pit part of the table for full size dinnerware and we have already had several lovely dinners on it with the fire going. When the fire pit is not in use, it has a heavy metal cover that allows you to use that portion of the table for other purposes. The furniture cover that comes with the table is a game changer! I live in an area where the spring tree pollen literally turns your car a yellow green and I had always dismissed the faux wicker outdoor furniture as a trend that would be so hard to keep clean I wanted no part of it. The cover covers EVERYTHING down to the very bottom of the chairs and has securing devices to keep it in place. The pollen season is in full swing and this cover is doing a great job of keeping all that mess off the table and chairs. The only small drawback I can think of is that due to the center base being wide enough to hide your propane tank, you can’t pull your chair in towards the table as far as you might like while eating and this is negligible, but I had the thought so I am just mentioning it. I am so pleased with this product and would highly recommend it!

This is the second Heritage set that I have bought from Sam's Club. The set arrived on time and is amazing!! The delivery guys were so courteous and put the boxes exactly where needed them. I bought this on sale for $599.00 and what an absolute bargain. I had purchased another Heritage Dining Height table set back in 2016 and it has held up wonderful, hence the reason when we needed more seating to go with the same type. Both sets were easy to put together and the table top on the fire pit patio set needs 2 people to put it in due to size and weight.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of product. Seems well made and looks great. Set came with a fitted cover that hasn’t blown off in a couple of big windstorms. Definitely recommend

We have this on top of our houseboat. Furniture on the top of the boat tends to move and slide around in the wind. The table and chairs are heavy enough to stay in place but not too heavy to move. The propane tank is easy to access, gliding out from a center panel under the table. There is also plenty of room to eat without the fire pit too close to your dinners. The tile top is easy to clean in tan with black accent tiles. The cushions are a taupe not grey but not beige. A great neutral color that will match anything. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy.

Beautiful patio furniture! It was very heavy and was delivered in 3 separate boxes. My husband and I were able to put it together (you definitely need 2 people) with moderate effort. It was well worth it and we’ve already entertained 2x on it. We did need to buy a propane tank. It cost us about $60.

High quality dining set! So comfy too. Make sure you have two people assembling it; it took us a full day to put it together. A great investment!

Now this was what I was looking for! We purchased the round counter height members mark fire table and just love it! Now with a larger patio area we have room for a 2nd! I love the wicker look! The table is large, plenty of room from the fire part to the edge so room for plates etc. (From the fire part to the edge is over 15 inches on the sides) The chairs seem oversized and comphy! The tabletop is grey/black, and the cushions are a grayish light blue hue. Looks great! It did come in 3 boxes, heavy, but we took the chairs out of two of the boxes and were able to carry the table with just the two of us. (side note - we put a blanket under the box with the table in it and slid it thru the house to the patio! lol) The table is very heavy, but manageable. My husband set it up by himself while I was working. He started at 1030a and was done by 2pm. I did help him put the heavy table on! :) Everything was packaged well and had no issues with any damaged or missing parts. Very happy!!! A little bummed we didn't get Sam's Cash with this. Easy set up and is exactly what I thought it would be.

Very nice! I have not tried the fire pit though. But this looks like an attractive and well-made set. Here are a couple of things to be aware of. The set arrives in 3 huge boxes; lots of cardboard to dispose of when you are finished with assembly. I did find one slight mistake in the directions. They say there are 2 screws holding down the ring around the fire pit, but there are 4. It is very nice that they provide you with an Allen wrench and a couple of other rudimentary wrenches. Assembly is probably doable with these tools. But there are 36 or more bots for the chairs and table and what a hassle if you are just using those basic tools; it will take a lot of time to get everything together. I suggest using a socket wrench, but even then it is still a pretty tedious job (not nearly as bad though as a Members Mark grill I bought a couple of years ago. I at least could work in air conditioning during the assembly. The assembly was not at all difficult once I figured out how to read the directions booklet. Probably took 1/2 hour for me to figure it out since there is nearly no narrative and I do not do a whole lot of assembly. But once you see what's what the only problem is having the patience to put in all of those bolts. The result, however, is a nice-looking and seemingly sturdy dining set. Delivery is not into your home or even onto your patio. The boxes were left in my garage (as I requested rather than outside my house somewhere). The delivery man would not bring it up to my back porch. The problem then is that this is a very heavy set. The table-top comes in one piece, and the porcelain that is set into it does not come out. A two-person job and it still might be difficult, though doable. A buddy and I put the tabletop on a hand truck and stretched the cardboard the set came in across my yard to the door of my patio so the hand truck would roll more easily than on the grass. Then we were able to slowly raise it to the porch resting the front end on each step before moving to the next one. I thought that getting it up to the porch would be more difficult than it was. But this is very heavy. Measure your space well because the chairs are pretty large and the table is big also. These chairs were made to accommodate someone with ... well ... an "ample" rear section of his or her body. When finished the set looks like it will last for some time and is very attractive. I looked at other vendors for something similar and this surely was a good deal. Thus far, I and my wife are very happy with our purchase.

The furniture is fantastic! Everything we were hoping for…. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't receive our 2% Sam's Cash. Evidently online orders don't qualify even though this model is not available for in club purchase

I absolutely love the patio set. It's sturdy, and the chairs are quite comfortable. However, I rated it a 2 because of the nightmare I experienced during the delivery process. The set arrived at the wrong address and was damaged, requiring my husband to use a torch to modify the broken support beams on the table stand so it could properly support the table top. Trying to request compensation for these difficulties was equally frustrating. After multiple conversations with different customer service agents, we were eventually compensated, and now we're enjoying our dining set. In hindsight, I would have saved the delivery fee and purchased directly from the Sam's store. If I were to do it over, I'd recommend checking for obvious damage upon pickup and/or selecting a different patio set altogether.
