I brought this out of spite!... It is very impressive a bit intimidating! My husband is a sounds man and wanted to mess him up a bit... This did the trick! The look of the 2 turbine 15' speakers is cool, the size and height of the speaker is crazy. Bass has the boom, switch on the base boost and it shook the whole house! Tried to mess with the equalizer and the base boost shuts down 👎. Certain songs I played it lost its sound quality, but that could be how you listen to your music (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). Mids and hI sound good depending on your choice of music. I didn't read all the specks but it is NOT a portable speaker like the JBL party box 1000. I believe this is a good speaker for home and it has a crazy look that will make your guess, say "what the heck is that!!" Over all good buy and it will be a party pleaser and center peace of great attention..

This speaker truly is a monster. I picked this one up this morning to add to my collection because why not. I have the x6 and the smaller rock and roller. I have used both of these for several applications and love them both. I am testing out one of these GI30 to see if I will purchase more for a large outdoor business venue. After unpacking I was very impressed by the looks and also it being very heavy. This cabinet is not made out of cheap lightweight wood products. Once I turned it on and cranked it I was immediately impressed with the volume capacity not completely being limited by its power. Once I took a walk about to hear the quality and range I was also impressed with the high end crisp and clear sound it provided. On the low end the bass also was equally impressive. In a previous life using pro audio and being old school as I am without the new technology I am amazed with these for the average joe that knows nothing about sound. These will definitely wake your neighbors so be sure to invite them to the party!

This speaker definitely had me fooled when trying it out in store. Initially was super impressed with the sound quality, especially how the sound radiated throughout the warehouse. My wife even said she could hear the music from the other side of the store. After looking for reviews online prior to purchasing, I was left disappointed other than a few which didn't go into detail. I'm not a hard-core audio guy, but I do appreciate decent quality. When used on your phone this thing produces the sound I heard in store minus the mediocre bass. If your trying to use this connected to your t.v for surround sound like I was, prepare yourself for disappointment. Don't know what this issue is but for some ungodly reason this speaker produces shameful sound if not hooked up to a mobile phone or tablet. My tv on it's own was louder than the speaker when using for surround sound. Just saying for 500 big ones I at least expect the sound quality to be neutral across the board regardless of what I'm connecting it to via Bluetooth. Will i keep it? Probably not, it's cool to have, but not 500 dollars cool unless your using it just for music from your phone.

I bought 2 of these this weekend. They are very easy to setup. Be prepared. These are beasts! They are large and heavy. They appear to be well made. The wheels are great. I fired them up and set them up about 25 feet apart. I found that to be too close together, but I didn't have time to move them apart further off my deck. They are clear and very loud! I pushed the bass button, and I swore I saw leaves fall off the trees! I didn't hook up and use the mic's yet. I probably won't ever use them. They sync together fine. I will set them up further apart this week and I will update how far apart they will work in stereo. They rock the whole neighborhood! Thankfully I have great neighbors. I wish there were waterproof covers that came with them. They do come with a cool side compartment to keep the accessories such as the mic and power cord in. The controls are easy to use. There is a front main speaker knob which is nice if you don't want to use your phone to adjust the volume. The lights are pretty cool, although I probably won't use that either. I am an old hair band follower and find that these speakers absolutely rock the old school music! Country music sounds great on these also. It truly sounded like a concert on my 1-acre backyard. I hope this review helps with your decision to purchase 1. Or in my case 2, which I highly recommend.

Update 9/21/2024 This is a 5 star speaker. To get the full extent of the speaker you must download the Monster Zone app. In the app you can control all light settings and EQ. You can also do this on the back of the speaker but it is cumbersome. This unit does have a bass boost button on the back which produces a deep rich bass. However the bass boost button did not function in the app. Maybe an update will fix that. Bluetooth sounds the best from your iphone or mobile device. Initially I was using the echo Show 15 which produced sound at a very low volume. When I switched to my iphone it was rattling duct work in my basement and scared my cat half to death. I do recommend this speaker and it is worth every penny. This is not a 5 star speaker. I am generation X where we put subwoofers in our cars that made the windows shake and near by car alarms go off. I will go over the pros and the cons. Lets start with the pros first. Good looking massive speaker with 2 subwoofers. It is about time somebody had the courage to make something like this. You can sync two speakers with the TWS button. Good clear sound. The cabinet design looks awesome. Next are the cons. It does not have a bass boost button. I have single ion speakers that produce more bass than both of these speaker playing together. The LED lights are under whelming. The tweeter has good range but the woofers are very cheap. I wish I could open this thing up and replace the woofers. Over all I think the average person will be satisfied. At $500 each I think they are trying to go after a higher end consumer. You can get a Bluetooth speaker that sounds just is good or better for way less. I was expecting a little bit more for $500. Over all I will keep them because they have a good sound but the bass is a little lack luster because of the cheap paper woofers.

Purchased LESS THAN A MONTH AGO! used literally 3 times and now the bass nor the lower speakers want to play! just the voice up top. What a waste of money and time having to load up and drive down to sams club to return this! wouldnt reccomend for the price i also thought it was going to be way louder and my TV sound bar is just as loud.. was excited for many months because i wanted one so bad and finally for xmas i pulled the trigger and bought it.. welp here i am less than a month and it doesnt play and am returning it...

Love it! I was looking for not just an event machine, but a play my music in the house loud machine and this did the trick. No need for 5 or more speakers for a full system. Just simply wifi your phone and play your list. It's perfect. We rocked the house for hours tge minute we unboxed it. I can't wait to use it fir our Christmas party, where we can use the mics just to talk and also for karaoke.

These sound good, but are not as loud as expected.

Worth every penny. Great sound
