[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this mattress after sleeping on a cheap competitor mattress for over 10 years. The medium is still quite firm but I've gotten used to it and I love sleeping in the bed. I also purchased the adjustable frame and now go to sleep every night in zero g with the massager on as I fall asleep. It is like being rocked to sleep on a cloud. Now the only thing they need to do is make this version with the soft model so you don't have to go up to the adapt pro to get a softer mattress.

I did a bunch of research and settled on my Tempur-Adapt mattress as the best fit for my sleeping needs. Once my decision was made, the order process, delivery, set up and everything was so easy that I was actually surprised! Everything was completely seamless fast and effortless! When the mattress was delivered, it was an instant improvement and such a great feel. Supportive and firm but at the same time cradling my body with zero pressure points. It truly felt like I was floating. It's really hard to explain in words how amazing the feel is. Amazing is as good as it gets!

This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I've had it for about a year, and it is just as comfortable today as it was the first night. I often sleep on my side, and with other mattresses, my shoulder would be sore in the morning from the pressure on it during the night. I have no pressure pain with this mattress. I feel completely supported, but nothing pushes back. I don't get overheated with this mattress either. I got the adjustable base to go with the mattress. If I ever get heartburn during the night, I just reach over and use the remote to tilt the mattress up a little and it helps so much! This is the perfect mattress for me. Whenever it is time to replace this mattress, I hope to replace it with another TEMPUR-Adapt® Medium Hybrid mattress, because this one really is just right!

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wondered if I would like a Tempurpedic, finally took the plunge and wish I would have years ago. I'm very particular and love this mattress. Finally found that hard to get balance between support and comfort. I bought directly from Tempurpedic on their website, the customer service is not 5 star like the product, in fact it's not even a 1 star. It's too bad because the product is really great.

I have found the mattress to be firmer than the one in the show room, making me wonder if it will become as comfortable as that one was. Hips and shoulders are less tight, but still feeling some of that after sleeping on my side. I was told it would take a bit of time to soften up a bit, so here's hoping.

We are at the 90 day mark my husband loves it I on the other hand am have had difficulties with this mattress since day 1. I'm sore when I get up in the morning but it wears off throughout the day. I have a very physical job so I look forward to restful sleep in a comfortable bed. I'm not getting that with this mattress. I'm hoping it will get better with time. Also I feel that the edge of the bed is beginning too slope so I try to stay towards the middle.

This mattress is a bit firm. I had to put a topper on it. I'm still tryna to figure out how I feel about it. It's comfy but sometimes I still wake up with backaches. I can say I have been getting longer nights of sleep. I have notice the difference in not waking up with a backache every morning. Definitely some positive changes. Undecided on how I feel overall.

It was just "good" for the first 3 weeks... And after the break-in period I feel it is excellent now! I went through multiple mattress trials (not tempurpedic).. And I had to return them all. This is by far worth the money. I am a customer for life if this holds up over time. I have only had the bed for 5 weeks ..so time will tell! :) My husband has ruptured discs in his back and feels it is firm/supportive enough... And I am a side sleeper that needs enough cushion to sink into without creating pressure points or losing support. We are both really happy with it :)

I turned 50 a few years ago, and even though I exercise and take care of myself I was waking with more minor aches and pains than I would have liked. I made an investment in this great product and have noticed a difference - I'm sleeping better and waking feeling more comfortable.
