We purchased the adapt mattress with an ease zero gravity frame and it's been less than a year. We called the retailer for a warranty claim and got the run around through them after a couple months we were told we needed to call the manufacture After more run around I was told it would not be covered buy warranty because to Tempur-Pedic it sounded like a comfortably issue. Pryor to getting this bed neither my wife or me we're having back pain now we get at max 2 hrs of sleep a night with out have to adjust to another position most of the time she goes out on the couch. I have recently had to start going to the a chiropractor to help with the pain. Very poor customer service and poor quality product No stars and will never recommend to anyone. I know I'm wasting my time with this review I'm sure it will never be seen by the public.

At first the mattress was very hard. After a few short weeks. I now get the best sleep I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have purchased mattresses more expensive than this but have never been more satisfied in my life than the sleep I have gotten on the tempurpedic Adapt medium mattress. I purchased an adjustable frame. I hit the up button and raise the head about 2 in. there is no pressure points on you when you sleep on this mattress it is absolutely unbelievable. The best I've ever bought.

We tried several stores and mattresses, and never tried a tempur-pedic throughout the time we spent mattress shopping. All other mattresses were mediocre but when we finally tried out the tempur-adapt medium model, my mind was immediately was made up. Unbelievably comfortable. Puts other mattresses to shame. Ive always had trouble falling and staying asleep until I bought this mattress! Now I sleep like a rock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! I had always been suspicious of the high price of Tempurpedic mattresses but I've got to admit that they are definitely worth the price. I always used to wake up with a headache and my joints feeling really stiff ever since I was a child. It was also hard just to fall asleep too, it would take me hours of tossing and turning. I have always heard of TempurPedic's reputation and decided to blindly purchase the mattress without testing. I fall asleep easy now and wake up feeling great. Initially it did take me about 3 days to adjust to the mattress material, but now I fall asleep like a baby now and wake up feeling amazing. If you are considering I definitely recommend you go ahead and make your purchase.

I think everyone expects Tempur-pedic to be a great experience and the quality to be superior to other brands, and we willingly pay a slightly higher price for that. But what we get from that exchange is an amazing night's sleep every night. There is no price one can put on that. No more aches and pains in my back, no more neck problems, and I actually sleep through the night now, having never moved or turned from where I fell asleep. I used the mattresses that come in a box for 20 years straight. And I only had two of them, one of which I still have in a guest bedroom. They don't break down, and I slept relatively well on them, but as you get older, you simply need better. Nothing even comes close to the kind of sleep I get on my Tempur-pedic, hybrid, medium mattress. I think after 20 years of minor league mattresses, I not only deserve but can seriously appreciate a purchase like this. I should've bought one 10 years ago, LOL! If you are considering purchasing a memory foam or hybrid mattress, there are many brands to choose from. But Tempur-pedic started it all, and their warranty is far above and beyond what most any mattress company offers. if the bed sinks, just 3/4 of an inch, they send a new mattress, at a y point throughout the 10 years of warranty. I highly doubt it will sink at all, but if it does, I'm covered. The cool top layer is amazing! I never get hot like previous mattresses, and that alone is worth it. Easily rated 11 out of 10 stars for this customer!! I hope you find one that fits your needs. Because when you do, you'll know it almost immediately. And you'll never look back, except to buy another one in 10 to 20 years that suits your changing needs for good, restful sleep. Many, many wonderful nights and naps ahead!

To be excited to go to bed at night & wake up in the morning where you just don't want to get out of bed. Right now my husband is there!! He gave it a 5 star rating. He is sleeping better at night with less turning & not having to find that right spot to get to sleep. Overall he is well rested in the morning & ready for his day. Myself I am at a 4...& I want to be honest, it's only been a little over 30 days. I am still hoping for a little more of the softness.But overall I am sleeping better with less body aches due from having arthritis in my knees. This was a big investment for us & overall we're are very satisfy Don't forget to buy the pillows, I do love my new pillow!! ❤❤❤

My wife and I opted for a Tempur adapt medium twin xl and a Tempur adapt medium hybrid twin xl. The adapt medium is very comfortable and it really helps with my wife's back pain. The hybrid, which I purchased is SO hard that I find it uncomfortable. We were told the hybrid version was a bit softer but it definitely isn't.
