Bought online. Delivery was smooth. Was Afraid the bed would be soft but it’s just right for firmness.

The quality of the built is excellent and the product performs better than advertised. No more annoying neck pain (occipital neuralgia) and much diminished back pain. Thanks for the product and keep the quality up!!!

Our delivery guys were great. I wish there was a way to know exactly when they would come as opposed to a four hour range and then a call 30 minutes before arrival but they installed it super fast and the mattress seems like it will be great.

Within 30 days the mattress was already sagging significantly in the middle, it's advertised as Medium but it is "Soft" firmness at best. You may be inclined to save some money on this cheaper version but it is not a good mattress.

Took a few days to get used to it but it is very nice. We don’t feel each other move to different positions. We keep our room cool in the winter so the bed is cooler than our other one. So we can’t wait till summer.

I find all recent repeated references to firmness of the Tempur pedic mattress topper adapt suspicious. I'm under 130 lbs, and this topper has "0" support and "0" firmness.

I get a restful nights' deep sleep in total comfort. I sleep more soundly without any aches or pain. I just love my new Tempur-pedic Medium Adapt Hybrid mattress. Thank you Tempur-pedic for a great nights' sleep every night.

This bed is wonderful. It is very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The adjustable head and feet are an added bonus. So great for reading or watching tv

We’ve only slept on our mattress for 4 days and are already feeling the comfort and quality of the mattress. We should have replaced our old mattress years ago. So glad we spent the money.
