Mattress was purchased for help with back pain and pressure point issues. Mattress was very firm but is softening. I like the mattress but it is very HOT. My initial impression is not a great one as far as comfort for the price. I guess time will tell. Btw, the cloud pillow is hot as well. Hopefully I can remedy the situation. I think the bed could be great if it was just cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the mattress. It's perfect for both my wife and I. We never wake each other up at night by tossing and turning, even our dog moving around and getting on/off the bed does not wake us up. Two Thumbs Up!

I got the medium. Soft hurt my back. Got the tilting frame too. I like to be able to raise my head because of heart burn. After 3 weeks, it's just okay. Not life changing. I kinda wish I had got another bed I liked at the same store. My daughter has a tempur and likes hers. So I decided to try one too. It's just not what I was hoping for.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with this mattress . Basically seemed comfortable but both my wife and myself are waking up with Back Pain. We had very High hopes but very disappointed. In the process of exchanging the Mattress our customer rep wanted to boost the cost up $ 1200 more for your firm Mattress. Wow this seems like we made a poor choice They are making a effort with another Mattress and seems things are jumping around to other products in there stock . My wife will need to revisit the store before they make the exchange to discover if this was the one we actually tested . So we do appreciate your concerns but we are unable to give you a satisfactory rating and seems it will be another brand You can keep in touch if you want to find out how this turns out

My partner and I have both been suffering for quite some time from back, neck and shoulder pain. We noticed we felt the worst in the mornings along with never getting a restful nights sleep. Ever since we got our new tempurpedic mattress and pillows we've been sleeping like babies!! We wake up with relatively zero pain and the results were almost immediate. Best decision we ever made!

At first this seemed like an amazing mattress, my wife and I were excited and enjoyed having a "high quality" mattress for the first time in our lives. A few months passed, the trial period went by, and all was well, until, slowly but surely, my wife started to experience chronic pain. This bed has cause my wife to not only have pain every night when she sleeps, but also while she's away from the bed during the day. She now has occipital neuralgia, chronic hip, back, arm, and leg pain. None of which were present before this bed, and all of which have gotten worse the more she sleeps on it. She now has tried countless things to treat the pain, from something as simple as new pillows and a mattress pad, all the way to getting nerve blocks. But it all comes back to the fact that as long as she's sleeping on this bed, nothing will fix the pain. Normally we'd just initiate a return and try another option, no harm no foul, but with the short trial period (other companies offer year long trial periods) tempurpedic said there was nothing they could do (we all know that isn't true). I just reached out again, a few months after my first inquiry, because, again, the pain has just gotten worse, but I'm also again not too hopeful. Unfortunately the amount that these mattresses cost makes it unfeasible for us to get a new mattress, especially since it won't be paid off for another 2.5 years. I'm writing this review to make people aware that the trial period is not nearly long enough to determine if a mattress (that you could spend a decade plus sleeping on) is right for you. And if you go past that trial period tempurpedic will wash their hands of you, no matter what, so you better hope nothing arises.

Finally convinced my better half we needed to upgrade our bed. We went with a split king with adjustable bases. Finally a bigger and better, bed. We both love it. My spouse who was hesitant about spending so much money said he would gladly do it all over again. The best nights sleep we have had in years. The adjustment period was a breeze because we already had an inferior queen memory foam bed. My spouse said she sleeps 300% better.

I have never loved my mattress. This mattress is worth every penny. I struggled with hip and leg pain for many years and was contemplating surgery. This mattress has given me back the ability to sleep and dream again. It's literally been years since I have slept throughout the night. Thank you Tempur Pedic. I will never go back to the other expensive mattresses I have purchased. If there were ten stars available, that is what I would give this mattress.

I had made the mistake of listening to online reviews for a bed in a box hybrid mattress that was supposed to be excellent for side sleeping and back issues. Unfortunately for me it was horrible and so incredibly uncomfortable I sent it back after one month. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and a arthritis, so I'm used to sleeping with pain. After many months of trying out every store brand possible I finally gave in and bought the Tempurpedic Adapt all foam. We've had it for just over a week and I literally can't wait to go to bed every night. I have not awakened with hip or back pain one night. The mornings are so much better being able to get out of bed easily not crawl. I'm just kicking myself, that I didn't purchase this mattress years ago!!! Saving up now to get the adjustable base. Little more expensive than some other brands, but worth every penny.

I had some soreness in my leg and could not sleep with my other mattress. This bed gives me a good nights sleep without the pain. It also helps with the snoring as we got the up/down bed frame. The only thing that takes more time is changing the sheets as we have two twin XL.
