[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new mattress for about a week and it's a bit firm for a Medium but I know with time it will soften up. The first night I could feel my spine realigning. My previous Tempurpedic was 16yrs old and lost its support. This is a great mattress and very supportive.

I wake up refreshed and full of energy. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress about Thirty years ago and it was the best mattress I ever slept on. I felt it was time to replace the mattress, so I ordered this new one and it is incredible to sleep on, I would not own any type of mattress other than a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

So far, so good. I've had it for almost a month and find it very comfortable to sleep on. I'm a little disappointed that my back pain hasn't gone away, which probably means it wasn't solely caused by my old mattress. My neck pain has definitely decreased though. The only thing I don't like about the mattress is that it is really hot to sleep on. I can't use my thick winter comforter because I get so incredibly hot. I really only need a thin blanket and sometimes only a sheet since I've gotten this new mattress. Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase though.

At first this seemed like an amazing mattress, my wife and I were excited and enjoyed having a "high quality" mattress for the first time in our lives. A few months passed, the trial period went by, and all was well, until, slowly but surely, my wife started to experience chronic pain. This bed has cause my wife to not only have pain every night when she sleeps, but also while she's away from the bed during the day. She now has occipital neuralgia, chronic hip, back, arm, and leg pain. None of which were present before this bed, and all of which have gotten worse the more she sleeps on it. She now has tried countless things to treat the pain, from something as simple as new pillows and a mattress pad, all the way to getting nerve blocks. But it all comes back to the fact that as long as she's sleeping on this bed, nothing will fix the pain. Normally we'd just initiate a return and try another option, no harm no foul, but with the short trial period (other companies offer year long trial periods) tempurpedic said there was nothing they could do (we all know that isn't true). I just reached out again, a few months after my first inquiry, because, again, the pain has just gotten worse, but I'm also again not too hopeful. Unfortunately the amount that these mattresses cost makes it unfeasible for us to get a new mattress, especially since it won't be paid off for another 2.5 years. I'm writing this review to make people aware that the trial period is not nearly long enough to determine if a mattress (that you could spend a decade plus sleeping on) is right for you. And if you go past that trial period tempurpedic will wash their hands of you, no matter what, so you better hope nothing arises.

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!

My tempur-pedic is only five years old sleeping in a hole not comfortable anymore have tried to get a new one but company needed pictures an I did that an they told me it's not good enough so I took more pictures with a ruler for depth an a long broom stick for depth still no new mattress, this company sucks!

I got the medium. Soft hurt my back. Got the tilting frame too. I like to be able to raise my head because of heart burn. After 3 weeks, it's just okay. Not life changing. I kinda wish I had got another bed I liked at the same store. My daughter has a tempur and likes hers. So I decided to try one too. It's just not what I was hoping for.

We purchased 2 Adapt Twin XL Mattresses and we absolutely love them. Our only problem is that we cannot find a fitted sheet that works with the units. All of the sheets are made with much deeper pockets than what these mattresses actually are. Our sheets slide all over and are way way too deep for how slim these mattresses are. We feel like we are sleeping in a mess of fabric. The beds are great but even their own sheets don't fit how shallow they are. If anyone has a solution, I would much appreciate it.
