[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the hybrid model of this mattress, worrying that the regular model would be too soft, but this one is a little too firm. It's definitely a quality mattress, but I frequently wake up with sore hips. I will be returning it. Also, why why why does it not have handles for easier transport? I don't get that...

My husband and I bought this bed without testing it. We picked it out based off of online reviews and talking to people we knew. Best decision ever! I've had a lot of back issues over the years but this bed is so comfortable and supportive. My back thanks me every day for it.

We made the mistake of purchasing a new bed from a competitor. Less than 4 years, hate the mattresses. Went back to Tempurpedic. Like being hugged by an old friend. Will never buy another brand again. Sleeping like a baby again.

I slept on a Tempurpedic for 32 years, It was perfect,until it died. I never thought of getting any other brand. I have had this mattress for 30 days. The first two weeks were fine. Then, one morning I woke on a series of lumps,bumps, crevasses and things poking me when I sat. I phoned you, but nobody called me back. It said to walk on it on my hand and knees. I have P.T. For my back and knee once a week and .I,m 95, but I did it as best I could. No change. Under my body the mattress has softened, but the bumps are there, The other side if the bed is still bad, but I try to press and release. Every night I lower the bed( it,s adjustable), and try to work it, but to no avail. There are even bumps under my pillows. I must sleep in one position. If I move I,m up. Some nights I strip the bed and smooth the protector, but it doesn,t work. I looked at a topper, but there,s no promise of relief. I did not notice any odor, but I have wakened with swollen lips and mouth a few times.. Today is 30 days. Tomorrow I will call to initiate return. I have looked at other tempurpedic and other brands these past two days. I can,t walk very much, but I tried. I know you will charge, but I can,t bear it anymore, Your mattresses are different now, and .i don,t know who can like them. Maybe this one is defective, and others won't have a problem, but every one I sat on in the store was bumpy,.I,m tired and a little emotional so I hope I can be dispassionate when I call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we went to the store. It was like the three little bears. My husband did not like the medium - too soft. Then he tried another too hard. So I decided he would like the King hybrid medium. A winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ordering process was very convenient. When we last shopped for our master bed, we went to individual stores to pick. This time, I went with the brand name and shopped online. The process wass very straightforward and easy. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that the mattress stays a little hotter, which while amazing for most months in Oregon is a little inconvenient in summer.

I'm a side sleeper and I move throughout the night, but I also have some back problems from some car accidents, so I needed support with some "give". This mattress has it all. A nice soft top layer to allow some room for my shoulder, but enough firmness fo give my back some much needed support. I fall asleep fast and sleep well, and look forward to naps and bedtime. Even my cat sleeps on the bed more often, and the motion transfer reducing technology means I don't get rude faces when I get up now.

Even though the first few days we felt the mattress was too firm, it got adjusted to us and we are really enjoying it with sound and comfortable sleep.

I just had back surgery a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad that I bought this bed before doing so. My mattress is on an adjustable bed frame and it is just so very comfortable in all positions........Thank you Tempur Pedic! I would highly recommend Tempur Pedic to anyone. Mary

When you purchase the mattress it says it is Medium Firm. This is not firm AT ALL. I might exchange for the next firmest model. I was trying to not spend a ton, thinking this would be middle of the road like my last one from 12 years ago...definitely not the case. I'm disappointed but I know I can exchange it, still a pain though. If you like a soft mattress then you would enjoy this. I need a little firmer.
