A very good tasting product without overly added flavor. Not fatty. Stays fresh a good amount of time.

Overly spiced, not spicy but too much of whatever it is spiced with I feel it would be better if left plain.

I can't eat beef, so I didn't try it. My family all said it was very good though. My youngest daughter even said "it's better than Arby's."
