The roast beef lunch meat lasted 3 days then went bad

This meat is all chopped up gristle

I do have to admit this is pretty good roast beef. Great flavor and worth the price if you don't want to buy your own roast and cook it.

These are delicious, but they taste slightly like vinegar. It's off putting enough that I am considering buying my sliced roast beef elsewhere.
