The mattress is plush, however it has the right amount of firmness and support that I didn’t know I needed in a mattress. It provides a truly wonderful nights sleep. The mattress is very deep, so your regular sheets may not fit. However I am sure that this mattress will last a long time, so it will be worth the investment. This feels high quality to me and its truly is extra firm. This is built in a solid way and feels durable. I do not use boxsprings and this mattress is working great on my wooden bed frame. It did take me a couple days to get used to this mattress at first, but then I grew to love it more and more each day. This provides strong support due to it being extra firm. My body feels completely supported when lying down on this. Its very comfortable for me and I like the way it feels. This is one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on in my life. I highly recommend this if you are looking for an extra firm mattress. This mattress is comfortable while providing extra firm support.

This Beautyrest Silver BRS900-C Medium Pillow Top allows my shoulders, hips and butt to sink into the comfort layer, while at the same time supporting my lower back. Normally I sleep on my back or stomach, however with this mattress sleeping on my side is now an option; I was delightfully surprised upon waking on my right side that my shoulder did not go numb, plus my spine was free of pain! Additionally the setup crew worked quickly and efficiently in delivering and setup along with the takeaway of my very old mattress. Would definitely recommend Beautyrest all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After sleeping on the mattress for over a week I have to say this mattress takes some getting used to in how firm it is. It has virtually no give when you get on to it. The first couple nights I didn't sleep too well, since then my body has gotten used to it and I have been sleeping a lot better. It is a very tall mattress but still works with regular sheets. You will barely notice any movement from your partner with this mattress which is great and a big change from my prior mattress. The mattress itself looks and feels very high quality and looks like it will last a long time. If you buy a extra firm model just make sure you and your partner really want your mattress to be very firm and not sink into it at all. I ended up purchasing a mattress topper for it because my wife doesn't like the firmness as much as I do. Overall I would recommend this Beautyrest though.
