The mattress is plush, however it has the right amount of firmness and support that I didn’t know I needed in a mattress. It provides a truly wonderful nights sleep. The mattress is very deep, so your regular sheets may not fit. However I am sure that this mattress will last a long time, so it will be worth the investment. The overall quality and firmness of this mattress is amazing. It is actually extra firm, so if you love your mattress very firm, this would be a great mattress for you. I think having a firm mattress is nice because it helps me sleep better at night and have such a great quality sleep. I hate waking up with a backache, and while I was sleeping on this mattress, I didn't have any issues with any pain. I actually work up very well rested. It's nice to actually be able to get a good night sleep and be well rested. What an amazing mattress this is. This mattress provides you with a great firmness, especially if that is what you're looking for in a mattress. I really love that you don't get woken up by your partner either. It offers a great low motion so that you shouldn't be able to feel when your partner moves. My partner seems to move a lot, so it's nice to have a mattress like this. I absolutely love the plush soft top as well. It's very soft and cushiony. It gives that great support while you are sleeping. This has been one of the best mattresses for keeping my back from aching. I love it! I certainly would recommend this mattress to anyone who loves a good firm mattress and wants better overall sleep. You'll wake up so refreshed and feeling great about your sleep. I really do enjoy this mattress. I'm so glad I was able to wake up feeling great. That's all I ever really want in a mattress, is to feel like you got a great nights sleep and you don't wake up with aches and pains anymore.

We have the queen size mattress which it is a good size for me and my husband. This bed said plush but I feel like it’s not so plush, it’s more on the firmer side. My husband loves the firmness, I just wish it was a little more plush or fluffy but it’s still really comfortable. Overall it’s really nice and we have been getting a good nights sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Beautyrest Silver Extra Firm mattress I recently got to try. I have been having back pain when I stay in bed for more than 4 hours. My doctor recommended I try a firmer mattress. Starting the first night I used it, I have no more back issues during the night. I sleep soundly and wake up refreshed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing I really love about this mattress is that it has a very "plush" soft feeling, yet somehow, it's still very supportive. When I lay on it, there is no indentation where my body weight pushes the mattress down, like you'd normally have on a soft mattress or a memory foam. It's very supportive and still feels plush and cloud like to lay on. Supposedly, it has a "dynamic response memory foam" in it. If you have slept on memory foam before and didn't like the feel of it...this is nothing like your typical memory foam mattress. It does not give that same contour feeling where your body molds to the shape of the mattress. If that's what you're looking for, this might not be right for you. If you want a mattress that supports your body, yet still feels cozy and soft...it's great! I can't speak to the longevity of the mattress, but I know Beautyrest has a good reputation, so hopefully it'll last a long time. Highly recommended!

I toss and turn all night long and by morning im exhausted and in dire pain. The Beautyrest extra firm mattress has saved my back, my sanity and my self from going insane due to sleep deprivation. I cant explain how much comfort i tet out of my mattress now. I sleep all night and im not in any pain. I sleep well and wake up rested. Im able to get up and stsrt my day without dragging and being in pain.

The mattress is firm, but the top is something wonderful. You won't sink in there, but it will provide a nice soft gentle support. This is a high mattress, so if you are looking for a boxspring or foundation, I would recommend a low profile one.If you are looking for superior comfort, and a nice luxury firm with plush this is for you.

I love the fact that it is extra firm and really it is my back is all messed up and it’s so hard to get comfortable in the bed but this mattress just hits all the right spots to make for a good night sleep that I haven’t had in really long time! My wife sleeps in it as well and she like to shake her leg to go to sleep which always annoys me lol but nope can feel it in this mattress at all which is wonderful I can move she moves and we don’t feel each other moving all over the bed! I will say the mattress is a whole lot thicker and taller on my bed so I do recommend deep pocket sheets so they will fit better on this. Overall I love the mattress oh yea and I don’t get so hot either which this mattress which is wonderful as well! This mattress is great if you in the market you should definitely look at this mattress you won’t regret it

The king size pillow top beautyrest mattress is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. I now look forward to going to bed each night instead of dreading it feels as if I was at a hotel laying on there bed the best part is that it is in our own house. Before this bed me and my husband both where lucky to get 4 ours of sleep a night and we both have bad backs that would make it hard to get up in the morning however with this beautyrest mattress we get a good nights sleep and are not in as much pain when we wake.
