When I placed the first lozenge in my mouth, I could taste the nice cherry flavor, however, the longer I sucked on it, it began to have an almost burning type of taste that lingered long after the lozenge was gone. It did lessen my desire to smoke. It's a great alternative to smoking or when smoking is just not convenient.

I wasn’t sure that this lozenge would do the trick based on previous experiences with lozenges. I smoke about a half a pack a day and I’ve noticed since starting these, I’m down to less than 5 a day!! That is a HUGE improvement for me! My biggest “complaint” is the flavor. I do wish there were other flavor options or that these tasted a little less intense. I would still highly recommend these because I can deal with the flavor as long as it continues to work and keeps me from smoking. It’s also affordable — especially compared to how much I spend on cigs. And the water bottle was a nice bonus! This might be my favorite box ever if it actually gets me to stop smoking completely! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark Mini Nicotine Lozenges in 2 mg strength is a great product for mild smokers (people who smoke within 30 minutes of waking need the 4mg) who want to stop smoking. The lozenges taste pretty decent considering that most of these lozenges taste like cough syrup, but this lozenge isn't bad at all. It has a cherry vitamin c taste to it that I found to be good. I also found that it successfully curbed my nicotine cravings well. I still need to work on my behavioral addiction but the lozenge treats the nicotine addiction for sure as I am a mild smoker.
