They have a very pleasant mint flavor and have 4 mg of nicotine to aid you in quitting smoking. I started to use them, and the first two days were slightly difficult because I am also used to the habit of smoking. After two days it became easier and these lozenges have certainly helped aid the transition to become a non-smoker. I have tried "cold turkey" before- which was unsuccessful. But have the nicotine really makes it a less bumpy ride. Also, these are packaged wonderfully! I can carry them in my purse, put them in my desk, very easy in the canisters they come in. Love it! I am sticking with these and getting my parents on board too!

The packaging is great it comes in a little tube that I can easily bring along with me and can’t beat the price for the amount of lozenge you get. Hopefully after taking them for a little longer I will have some good results.

I have smoked for forty years and it's time to stop. My family are overjoyed that I'm finally at the point that I don't need them anymore. I love that I smell better. The house and car smell clean. Finally, I can go to the doctor and say I don't smoke anymore. I can feel my healing already.
