They are for smokers who do not have their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up. I like the mint flavor, it's not overwhelming like some peppermint's. I am tracking success using these lozenges and will update at a later time.

Smoking is more of a mental thing for me. I could go a few days without smoking but then my anxiety kicks in and I make up for lost time. They don’t taste terrible but not something I would just suck on if it didn’t have benefits to it. It didn’t do anything for my cravings when my anxiety was high and I didn’t need them when it wasn’t. I know there are higher doses and maybe this was just too low for me

They are a oval shape, a little bit thick. The cherry flavor is very pleasant and long lasting. I personally use up to 5 lozenges in a 8 hour day and my cravings are barely there. I don;t have any side effects of using these but i did check with my dr before using them. I highly recommend these.

I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. I thought it’s great that I’ll not have the opportunity and it’s help but there are some afternoons it feels like torture and I’ll say being able to have this lozenge has significantly helped me from thinking about it and getting back to being productive! This helps you build up your tolerance to quit. They are very easy to remember. The flavor is also nice. This product is also FDA approved! I would highly recommend.
