They help to take the strong cravings away, however, they are something that you have to get used to. They're very minty and strong, burn sightly a other! products similar do. I do recommend these. They help calm cravings and help you slow down. I am down quite a bit since I started using these from two packs per day to a half of a pack per day. I look forward to continued use and slowly stopping my habit.

They fit anywhere, in a pocket if needed. This pack comes with 8 vial containers with a total of 216 Mint flavored tabs. The Mint is great, not to overpowering. These definitely help to take the edge off and don't make me feel queasy as higher doses can. These are helping me cut back with the ultimate goal of quitting. I'm happy to have a helper that works!

They worked decently well and the taste was alright. I do normally snoke menthols and our state is banning them so this was a perfect alternative

I was able to withhold from smoking because of this product. It kept my cravings down a lot more than I had anticipated they would. They taste isn’t to mellow or to strong.
