Its probably not as sophisticated as some of the new sprays and patches, but for me it is super functional. I like the smaller size because it has less fillers and more of the base ingredient - the nicotine. If you're trying to quit smoking it is a great option. These lozengers have left me smoke free for two weeks now. When i wake up in morning i take one and the craving is gone. Then when i feel like i want a cigarette i take another one and i feel satisfied for few hours. I only use about six to eight lozenger a day to start off with. Now i am down to four a day. It only took me a few days for my cravings for a cigarette to fade away. Now everytime i have craving i just take a lozenger and i feel good. This product definitely works to satisfy your cravings for a cigarette. I also love that these lozengers are mini in size and the case is easy to store in my purse or even my pockets. They have a minty flavor that is left in your moth but I didn’t think about smoking at all as long as I had those nearby. It’s the only flavor I have tried but I hear they have other flavors .
