As someone who has tried and failed to quit smoking numerous times in their life, the lozenges are definitely a favorable way to go about assisting the quitting process. The water bottle was an awesome perk as well because I have found I drink more water using this. I am going to continue to use this product and I hope it assists me in finally being successful in quitting the worst and hardest habit I've ever had to quit. These lozenges have been very effective as far as getting me through when i start to have issues. So much better to use these than trying to go cold turkey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these mini-lozenges 4 mg that i received from member's mark.i have tried many different methods and this one really helps. They help curve my craving when it hits me. I love the fact that comes with 8 mini tunes that have 27 lozenges each, so you can keep in your purse and take it everytime you need it. They don't dissolve quickly, you have to keep it in your mouth for about 20 minutes before fully go. Honestly the mint flavor isn't bad but it could be better. The tablets are about the size of a tic tac. The cherry flavor is not too much. They are super easy to take. They do seem to curb some of my cravings.

I found that these helped more than the patches. They have a minty taste that isn't bad at all. They are very easy to use and definitely have helped me cut down on smoking.
