[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with this brand but I am impressed. I have been using these 4 mg lozenges for a couple of weeks now. I use them a couple of times a day. I have been using them to help me quit smoking and they have been working well. They help me have less cravings. They have a minty taste which is nice. They dissolve easily under my tongue. I like that each tube contains 27 lozenges because each tube lasts me a while. I also really like the mini lozenges. They are a good size and dissolve much more easily under the tongue.

This is gonna be a pretty long review because I really want to describe my experience with this product as well as possible. 1st of all I was expecting them to taste awful, and they actually have a decent cherry taste, but they're also quite peppery and I got a sensation in my mouth like I blew out a match and laid it on my tongue while it was still warm and it was quite unpleasant. After having the lozenge in my mouth for a minute it really started dissolving and the liquid from that happening was very substantial. As it pooled up in my mouth I immediately got the urge to swallow it but that is a big no no. The directions say to swallow as little as possible but you're also not supposed to spit it out, so it's really quite the conundrum and I ended up basically being forced to swallow it out of a lack of any other choice. A few seconds after I did my throat actually swelled up quite a bit and it was pretty alarming, really. But I kept with it and let it dissolve completely and the burning and tingling and throat swelling sensation slowly went away thank goodness. I was concerned there for a minute, lol. Afterwards my mouth was super, super, dry. About 20 minutes after taking the lozenge I really did feel quite a bit of relief from the nicotine cravings I had been having. I had forced myself to go without smoking for several hours before I took it and I have been smoking at least a pack of cigarettes a day since I was about 12 and I'm 42 now so I was experiencing a whole lot of irritation, difficulty concentrating, restlessness, and anxiety. It was such a good feeling for those things to kinda go away that the bad experience I had of actually taking the lozenge was worth it. I've been sticking with it and taking several of them a day for a little over 2 months and I amazingly haven't smoked not even one cigarette, that's how effective these things are. They had a spicy hit in the back of the throat that was very unpleasant, and shortly after I consumed it, I was extremely nauseous. I haven’t tried it again to see if it was just a one time thing or not, and I don’t think I will. It may work for others, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed.

These are 4 mg so I felt good after I started to get cravings the first day and replaced my morning cigarette with a mint lozenge that took the cravings right away. So it has instructions for dosage and that really helped, it had a nice mint flavor so it worked for me. I've been smoke free for over a month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My friend has been smoking for over 30 years. He has tried unsuccessfully to give it up. This was an opportunity for him to try to decrease his usage. He tried it and stated that during the time he was using it, it sated his desire to smoke post lozenge. He decreased his use of tobacco. He was not crazy about the flavor-thus one star down but found that it did decrease his desire and may be willing to continue on that path. I would like to see him continue to use this product in the future as well. Smoking is known to cause a multitude of health issues and I don't want my friend to be a statistic. If you smoke or care about someone who does? I recommend they try this product. If they can't outright quit? It can help them decrease their smoking desire. This product is a generic and thus more cost friendly. It sure costs less than cigarettes.

The thing I did not like, was that it did not get rid of my cravings. I will say, it did seem to be not as intense.. but I still couldn't go without.

The size for these are very easy to carry around day to day and it's much smaller than a pack of smokes. The taste of these are great and they keep my mouth occupied when I have cravings as well as calm any symptoms of withdrawal, it's fantastic.
