The taste is nice it has a cherry mint flavor to me. Has it helped me at first it was to strong i did have to get Used to it. What i mean is at first i could bo the whole lonzenges at first even tho they are small. It did make me feel sick at first dont know why. So i waited a few day to try again and again i felt sick. So overall i couldnt finish them to try anymore. I am guving 3 stars because the taste is great but my body couldn't handle them

I love the cherry flavor, and the mini size is a idea. I feel like its candy and not a "medicine ". I have used tgese now for a week and i only smoke twice a day... sometimes 3.. but that is alot better than a pack a day. If you are serious about stopping smoking i highly recommend using these.
