Shaking cigarettes isn’t easy, but at least these help. Handy to take, effective in reducing the nicotine cravings, and I look forward to not having to buy them again if things go as planned. For the time being these are a good helper.

The cherry 4 mg minis helped a former heavy smoker of 20 years, who then switched to heavy vaping for another 10 years, kick the habit. There's no better price for the mini lozenges. Have to play around with different smoking cessation products to see which work best, and a combo of different products is ok in the beginning.He setlled on the patch and these and kept it up several months. I do wish they were made with less toxic sugar substitutes but still 5 stars because of the value compared to every other brand.

I wasn’t sure that this lozenge would do the trick based on previous experiences with lozenges. I smoke about a half a pack a day and I’ve noticed since starting these, I’m down to less than 5 a day!! That is a HUGE improvement for me! My biggest “complaint” is the flavor. I do wish there were other flavor options or that these tasted a little less intense. I would still highly recommend these because I can deal with the flavor as long as it continues to work and keeps me from smoking. It’s also affordable — especially compared to how much I spend on cigs. And the water bottle was a nice bonus! This might be my favorite box ever if it actually gets me to stop smoking completely! They mint flavor isn't over powering, which is a plus. It was a little difficult to get use to in the beginning, which i would assume is normal but the more days you use the easier it gets. Get alternative to smoking PERIOD. I would recommend this if you are trying to gradually stop smoking.
