Im not sure if it worked completely but I didn't want to smoke as much as I usually do so it has to have some type of effect. These lozenges are small and packed in a small tube, easy to store a tube in my car or in the drawer. It works for me when I want to smoke, I just have 1 under my tongue, the mint flavor is refreshing, and it lasts quite a while. I like the smart portable tube, I can have a lozenges whenever I want now.
