I recently changed jobs and there is no smoking anywhere on campus. I was nervous how I’d react, but I’ve been wanting to quit anyways. I thought it’s great that I’ll not have the opportunity and it’s help but there are some afternoons it feels like torture and I’ll say being able to have this lozenge has significantly helped me from thinking about it and getting back to being productive!
