If you can just get past the hand to mouth routine and replace getting your nicotine from these lozenges, you are going to be in great shape. I've went from 2 - 3 packs a day down to 10, maybe 12 cigarettes a day. I never would have been able to do it without them. Instead of a cigarette when I get up now I have a cup of coffee and a Lozenge. The flavor is definitely better than a cigarette. I absolutely recommend them.

These only taste like mint for a split second and then it's like straight up strong tobacco taste. It turns my stomach every time and instantly gives me a heartburn feeling. They are cheaper than many alternative and do a great job at curbing my appetite for nicotine. The taste is pretty decent, but it doesn't last as long as I wished it would.
