Always been a sony fan but my old 65 t.v was a.vizio an liked it a lot so I stayed with Vizio cause of the picture and longevity my old Vizio t.v last over 5 years and is still going just decided to upgrade to the quantum 65 .it's been great .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several videos never had a problem that wasn't solved immediately over the phone but the 65-in or something about this I'm on my third one where I'm disappointed with the 65 in

we got this tv and have had issues since we got it. Thought it was our internet provider so we changed providers. Nope, we plugged in the Ethernet cable, still have issues. Have to unplug it and reset it several times a month and have only had it for 3 months and now outside the window to return it and having even more issues.

The television arrived in an undamaged box (whew!) and was easy to put on my stand and get working. I love the picture and sound. My only issue with it is that the image stutters when watching YouTube tv. I've not noticed that on any of the other apps. I've read that complaint before and did what someone else suggested - I hooked a Roku device to the TV and now YouTube TV is smooth while watching it through Roku I can only guess that the issue is with the YouTube app itself. Other than that I'm thrilled with the purchase. A great TV at a very reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last week to replace my 15 year old 50"vizio . I hated to swap out my old one was still great just lacked all the modern app stuff ran slow on streaming but now that I did so glad !!! Should have done it a few years ago
