Vizio has kind of a bad reputation in the service industry, but I've had one that lasted me five years with no problems so I didn't hesitate to buy a new one a larger one at a good price. Bottom line electronics are a crapshoot.

Tv went out for no reason. Would not turn back on, no matter how many times we followed trouble shooting directions.

Features on the tv are great but the picture is a little blurry and the sound has to be turned way up to hear.

Tv is great . There is an occasional glitch when using the app is the remote control.. but easily corrected. Overall, I think it's a great purchase.

The sound quit after only 5 days of use!!!!!!!! My earphone will NOT connect at all! I AM SENDING IT BACK ASAP!!!!!!!

Great picture and easy set makes this TV an outstanding purchase, cut the cable and I have hundreds of free channels to choose from!

We bought this bc we loved our 65”. So we upgraded. The picture is substantially less quality and there's a weird white glow

the tv has a beautiful picture.Works great with xbox gaming.No issues setting up tv.my 3rd vizio tv.But i will say the tvs life span seems like 5 to 7 years i have to replace it.I have a 75inch they cost around $600

so advanced from my years old Vizio, my old one still worked an had called vizio support number of times an they always have taken care of me. thx VIZIO, LOVE MY NEW ONE VERY MUCH

Every thing I needed and wanted in a tv. Perfect size, picture and the best remote. So easy to use. Free 300 channels with Vizio was a huge bonus. Love it
