Vizio has always been good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv and a matching VIZIO 5.1.2 Elevate SE Soundbar. the tv remote is supposed to control the soundbar. Mounting is made so easy, love tat part. The app, the signing up for a profile is excessive, nobody wants all that. And the soundbar claims integrated remote and had customizable lights, but no way to control those lights, very frustrating. Vizio was better before all the smart integrations. Please fix the functionality of the soundbar lights and controls.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV in January and is easy to use and all features we needed. Had a problem with the sound with TV speakersand Vizio repaired it! Vizio stands behind their products. Would and will buy another Vizio tv in future.

Excellent Display Quality

I bought this TV about a week ago and I’ve definitely seen a huge different in performance and quality compared to my previous one. It is very simple and easy to navigate to different channels and other apps on the TV. In addition, I appreciate the number of free channels and movies available to me.

Not So good

The Image is good. but the sound level is horrible. Tried to connect it to my Bluetooth speaker and it was still low and kept disconnecting. I ended up just watching it thru my firestick and connected my firestick to my speaker. The sound level is horrible and static. Had to turn it up to 100% to barely hear

Awesome TV

Love this TV and the brand of Vizio, I ordered this TV because I have 2 sound bars by Vizio and they’re great I’m very pleased with the TV and the screen options and how it’s all set up very user friendly and the buttons on the remote are easy pushed. Would by another one by this brand.

Not My First Time

I love the Vizio brand and the total amount of functionality the smart TV gives us. Vizio has done a great job engineering this smart TV and the new QLED, 4K resolution is unreal. Picture quality is exceptional and the watch free app, we use the music stations for background music in our house. All in all, Vizio represents the best value and quality we can find.

Picture needs adjustment

Had it for a couple weeks now, I'm constantly trying to find the right picture for everything. I watch baseball and need to adjust it, if I then change to a hockey game, It looks terrible, again need to adjust the picture. Same goes between different channels or streaming platforms. I have a couple more weeks to return it. Probably will. I also recently bought a different brand for my basement, it doesn't need constant adjustment. For a couple hundred more it will be worth going with the Hisense.

Excellent TV!

I had my eye on this and when the price dropped I jumped on it and bought it. I found it a little difficult to get it set up. You have to download the Vizio app to connect the TV and I could not get the app to work. I watched a video and finally got the tv to start up. That process could be easier. I don’t know if it was my internet causing problems but it took longer than other brands I’ve had before. Once I got it setup I was very pleased with the picture. It’s a great TV and I’m glad I got it.

Poor picture quality and refresh rate

Wish I had bought a Sony or Samsung TV. I currently have six (6) Vizio TV's in our home and this 65" Quantum 4k is absolutely the worst. Would not turn on, out of the box, had to plug and unplug several times before it would turn on. WatchFree+ take over my tv and there is no way to disable it. I give this purchase a 2 Star. unhappy customer.

Blown Away By My New Vizio

I’ve owned another brand of smart streaming TV’S before, but I have to say that my 56” Vizio Quantum, QLED HDR tv is undeniably the most amazing TV ever. Set up was a snap. Took less than 25 minutes from start to finish. The delivery time was unbelievable (the same day). I especially love the voice remote, it takes the hassle of trying to find the program material that I want to see, and the reaction time using the voice remote is incredible.
