The remote was a little complicated to figure out initially but after constantly being used you will eventually become familiar with the buttons and functions

the tv has to be restarted/ booted every day. in the middle of a movie it will just go to home screen and then not respond to the remote except power off. talked with vizio, no help. tv is junk..

I normally love Vizio, as I have several, but this one has problems. the screen is laggy and there's some sort of software problem. It needs to be restarted through the help menu often. It's a total bummer
