The picture is awesome but this is my second Vizio QLED. I could not get help from Vizio on the QLED that half the picture went bad

i bought this tv {QLED} last week the picture isnt much better than my last tv {led/lcd} a little slow keeping up with sports

Just got mine two days ago, I love it! Apple Airplay works flawlessly. I think I'm getting another one soon.
