I just bought this yesterday and it didn’t come with the smart remote that it claims to. That was one of the deciding factor why I chose this over another tv.

We got it home, set it up, & we were beyond blown away with the sharp colorful picture! Love, Love all the free channels! Best tv we have ever had! Thank you Vizio! ❤️

The quality of the picture is not as clear and vibrant as the TV in the store appeared. I have adjusted multiple settings and followed recommendations from others (and even from Vizio) and we just aren’t happy with how the picture looks.

Just upgraded to this 65” Vizio from our 55” Vizio (we are moving this to our vacation house). The picture is amazing and the setup was simple (even with our nonVizio sound bar).

Our 65’ Vizio is like you are in the teather looking a movie, the screen offers pictures like 3D, the sound is clear and pretty good, we are Vizio clients for 6 years and I don’t want to change it!!
