Nice product

This is my third Visio, started with a 43, then a 55, now a quantum 65. I’ve never encountered any problems with the Visio brand, I can’t say that about other brands we’ve had. We have three sets in our house, and I wouldn’t buy anything else for that reason. No problems with a spectacular display, easy setup and packaging

Great purchase and product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t looking for a new television but this purchase was too good to pass up. We are so happy with it and the set up was the easiest and use friendly. We can also use out iPhone to control the television. Best part I love is the free Vizio app with great shows and movies.

Cutting edge, almost perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set 4, 5 weeks ago. Where is the manual? I know that you are trying to keep the costs down but, some of us experienced citizens like to have a grab and read manual. A good idea is to make a manual available for customers to order if they want one. I sure would order it. The mute button on the remote control is located in the wrong position. It is to easily tripped due to its location. It would be better of it was located on the upper left side of the remote.

Surprisingly good product at cheap price.

Own two 65" Vizio TVs this is the second. Excellent picture quality and handles night scenes very well, much better than the Samsung TV I got rid of when I purchased my other Vizio TV. The WatchFree TV channels are much better than the other Smart TVs inclyding Samsung and LG.

Slow and freezes up

Got tv as a gift and it's horrible. Try watching apps and they freeze uo going back to main screen. Takes forever to load apps and software is glitchy. Software is horrible. My 6 year old Samsung TV worked better and wouldn't have kept this Vizio had it bit been a present. It's become unusable since all it does is lag and just keep recycling to main screen.

Beautiful clear picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought a Vizio TV and I must honestly say the picture is crisp and beautiful. I recently owned another brand that became defective and had to invest in another TV. I must say that this TV set compared to my other one is in first place!! It shows the best visibly clear picture and the TV functions are easier to understand. My rating is that it is Top Notch!!

It’s just a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a Vizio customer since 2004 when I received my first flat screen television as a Christmas present. I still have that tv today and is my primary bedroom television. Still works great. Since then I purchased a larger one on a Black Friday sale in 2006, it kicked the bucket last year when the display gave out. That one was never as good as my first but ehh, it’s just a tv, right. Then 6 years ago I was gifted yet another tv at Christmastime. A smart tv they said. WOW was nice to have it all available in one remote at my fingertips. A bonus that you could control it through an app on your phone. That one recently found its way out of center stage livingroom viewing to another room but not certain just where it needs to live. Besides the occasional freezing while in the middle of a streaming movie. (Not an internet issue because that’s been upgraded) it still is a good tv with a great picture. This quantum 65 inch I just received is the largest tv I ever owned. Great picture but still the same old smart cast with the Vizio Free antenna. Totallydislike that platform although it I now has a few more features that make it easier to get around. I also am having a problem connecting my phone app. The reason why I mention the app here is because when I used my phone on the last tv I could bypass the Vizio free platform and go directly to antenna without the menu. The input selection allows you to select antenna tv but not have it without the full on platform. The reason I love my first tv is because it does go direct to antenna tv, it doesn’t have a smart tv platform and it has a built in menu for program information and scheduling. As it stands, I will continue to purchase the Vizio televisions but hoping one day there will be a realization that less is best. Signed another satisfied Vizio customer that realizes it’s just a tv. Great Picture, Simple setup. Packed with features.

We replaced our 10 year old 55” Vizio which stilled worked with a new 65”. That makes 4 Vizio flat screens for our home without a single issue! The AirPlay feature and watch free+ app worked flawlessly. Over the air channels integrated perfectly with the watch free+ directory. We got a great deal at Sam’s so all-in-all a super value. Gave our old set to friends and it has impressed them with the picture quality. Ten+ years old and still going strong.

Great size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV a few days ago to replace a 10 year old 65" Sony LED. So far the picture is pretty good, other than some light blooming in the really dark scenes. I haven't used the smart features, since I run all my media through a PS5, but setting up the tv was pretty straight forward. overall I am happy with my purchase

Great TV and easy family bundle

I bought my tv about 3 months ago and it has been perfect especially for movie night or when I watch soccer games!! During the 3rd month my tvs speakers started sounding hallow but VIZO has one of the most helpful support team that helped me get the tv fix at no cost and now I am enjoying my tv once again. I recently bought one of there VIZO soundbar and subwoofer bundle that is easy to install, anyone can do it!! There products can all be used with the same controller or in the app which makes it very easy since I myself have 6 VIZIO TVs I really recommend them to anyone especially now if you want to get a sound system which are so easy to install!!
