These pillows are great for the first few days but they start flattening super fast. The pillow was nice and "spongy" at first then it just got flat. The cooling effect is non-existent. Also, open-ended pillow cases will keep sliding off. Returned!

I do not recommend. Goes flat quickly and both pillows constantly slide out of their pillow cases. Also, I do not see a difference in temperature of this pillow vs any other I use.

I can feel they are cool. However, they do not hold up its shape. They are flat and I try to fluff them up but they are staying flat

It does not stay cool very long and goes flat very fast. I woke up all night sweating and the pillow felt like fire.
