This is not a delicious drink. I appreciate being able to drink it while I work out. I believe it serves the purpose of getting a lot of protein during a workout.

Hurt my stomach even before I finished the bottle. I think it was the sugar alcohols. I gave them to my friend and he didn't have any issues. I may just be sensitive to them. These tasted sort of like yogurt. Even if they didn't hurt my stomach, I wasn't a fan.

They serve the purpose but the drinks don't taste that well. Make sure they are cold.
