This is not a delicious drink. I appreciate being able to drink it while I work out. I believe it serves the purpose of getting a lot of protein during a workout.

These protein shakes are really gross. My husband and I took one out of box each opened it at the same time took a drink and looked at each other and said oh Oh no, these gotta go back!
