The center of these are bowed up, so when you sweep, the dirt just sweeps under the dustpan.

This is a good product but it came with no assembly instructions, you basically have to snap it together but it takes a great deal of force . It would have been nice to have something that tells you what to do so you don't break something, I don't even know what to call the plastic part you snap together because there is nothing to guide you and now written instructions or illustrations.

Bin material seems decent. The bin itself is quite small lengthwise. This can only be used with a small house broom sized broom. It’s far too narrow to use with a commercial broom. The pole handle is extremely cheaply made and will not last. The handle length is much too short for anyone over five feet tall.

I bought this back in September and I thought it was great but after a month, every time I hang it up the large pan falls off and I have to reattach it. Other than that it is fine but this makes it a pain. Not to mention, it scares me every time it crashes down !

Got the dust pan and hinge stick part but no stick

does not pick up dust. very frustrating!

The handle nor the wheels were included.

The front of the pan warped, so you sweep under it rather than into it. It isn't properly weighted for dumping the trash into your garbage bag.

It didn't come with the handle
