does not pick up dust. very frustrating!

Got the dust pan and hinge stick part but no stick

The handle nor the wheels were included.

The front of the pan warped, so you sweep under it rather than into it. It isn't properly weighted for dumping the trash into your garbage bag.

It didn't come with the handle

It was just delivered but it came without a handle

Item shipped with out handle.

This is my second one of these. The first one lasted seven years and did a great job. I am hoping to get the same life out of this one.

I have used it several times and it performs very well. The bottom hugs the floor and then flips over without spilling the contents.

Not my kind of dust pan. Needs a rubber flap to better scoop dirt into.
