very low quality broom and dustpan. Dustpans have an arch along the leading edge and won't lay flat. This causes the dust to go under and not in the dustpan.

First there were none available locally so had to have it shipped. Then it arrives just wrapped in Saran Wrap with the pole sticking out. I had to put together and it took a bit of effort trying not to break the plastic where it inserts the pole attachment to the dust pan. Lastly once I put it on the floor there is a gap from rim of dust pan to floor. Therefore you will NOT be able to pick up any debris because it goes under the dust pan. It does not lay flat with the floor. Not worth the time and money!

This is the second time the 3rd party company Sam’s is ordering from has sent me a lobby dust pan with out the handle. The first time the company sent a new unit with the handle. I recently ordered this item again and was sent only the pan and no handle. Two different times I have called Sam’s to correct this order. I received no response to date. Sam’s has contacted the supplier. I for a third time almost a month now to either have a handle sent or return an item that states no returnable. I am still waiting on Sam’s to resolve this problem with the 3rd party vendor.

I had to return this dust pan. I purchased this because I thought Rubermaid carries good quality of product, but this one is not. The dustpan is made with cheap plastic like something from dollar store. The base of dustpan is not touching the ground, can’t sweep anything into it. And the stick is also not long enough. Ordered two, had to return both of them.

I bought this dust pan from samclub.com.. So far this is a good dust pan for the price, even better with free shipping from samclub.com.. The only thing I wish it has is the handle could be in metal instead of plastic.. But the handle is stronger than some other dust pan handle though.. I would recommended this dust pan to anyone, because of the price $17.99 included shipping.
