We did our research before purchasing our ghost bed because we were really uncomfortable with our old bed, but we are still not satisfied with the ghost bed. I’m a side sleeper and either side I sleep on, i walk up with body and back aches. I was under the impression that the ghost bed was good for side sleepers?!

First time purchasing a Ghostbed, and I have to say that I love it. I was a little nervous on buying one since I owned a different brand memory foam style bed and would hate that I would get so hot when sleeping. With the Ghostbed I do not have that issue at all!! Even with a mattress protector. The only possible negative thing I could say is that they spray lavender on the pillow covers and it's very strong. I washed the covers and let the pillows air out over night and problem solved, the smell was not as strong. Other than that, loovvveee the bed and pillows!! Would definitely recommend.

It's not uncomfortable, it's just not the vastly different experience memory foam mattresses are cracked up to be. Too firm, and doesn't give the cushy, hugging feeling they say memory foam will provide. Not the transformative experience I expected, certainly for over a thousand dollars.

Used to have an super expensive mattress from those big box stores and I had backnpain all the time. Switched over to ghost bed with these awesome ghost pillows and back pain is no more. Perfect amount of bounce and plush. Awesome bed, I'd recommend to anyone who gets back pain.

We ordered the queen combo with adjustable base. We fInally are able to try our mattress and do really like the firmness of it and the pillows. We had to have the adjustable base delivered three times due to damages in shipping by Fedex and manufacturing defects. This was very frustrating as we’d already disassembled our bedroom and had to sleep in spare room for over 3 weeks. The customer service was helpful but dealing with a non-local company is always difficult. Not sure I’d recommend ordering a big item like this online due to all the aggravation we went through but am very satisfied with my bed now! I just hope it holds up because getting service may be a hassle.

Very easy to adapt to, firm but cozy. I sink in, but not too far. I was concerned about feeling hot, but it has never been a problem. It seems odd to buy without ever lying on a mattress, but I just decided to take a chance and return it if I didn't like it. After two months, it's not going anywhere!

I would've never thought about buying a bed from online being that I couldn't test it out like a mattress at a store. I heard SO many great reviews on this mattress from a TON of different people. My husband and I were in such a desperate need, we knew ANYTHING would be an upgrade from what we had. So we gave it a whirl and ordered the king size, with the three ghost pillows. Amazing. I've been sleeping SO good, my husband doesn't snore like a chainsaw anymore. Our backs don't bother us. Definitely hive ghost bed a try!

My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

For my entire life I've always had inner spring mattresses. After sleeping on the GhostBed for a couple of weeks now, I have never fallen asleep faster, felt more refreshed or rested, and have never slept on a more comfortable mattress. I'll never go back to a conventional mattress again. Extremely satisfied and impressed beyond words.

I share a bed with my boyfriend and our 65-lb dog, so I first have to say how great the king sized GhostBed is size-wise. We've had the mattress for a little over two weeks now, and it's been pretty good so far. My only complaint is that I haven't experienced the cooling effects of the mattress that were advertised and written about in some of the reviews that I read. I'm not sure if it has something to do with our sheets, the fact that we have the mattress protector, or the fact that the air conditioning isn't set high enough, but I have woken up pretty warm a few times. Outside of the mattress itself, I had a great experience with customer service. My billing address & shipping address were different, so there was a brief hold placed on my order until I could verify my billing address. I can see how this could be inconvenient to some, but as someone who knows people who have had their identity stolen, this was a nice level of security in my opinion. Once verified, I had the mattress in 4 days (and I'm sure it would have been sooner if July 4 hadn't happened!)
