A lot of other people may like the bed. But I would prefer something firmer due to my back problem.

The bed was good but too soft for my back personally.

The mattress was just way too firm for me.  Probably a great mattress for someone that likes a firm mattress. The 1 star rating is because of the return nightmare and lack of customer service from Sams Club. I have spent many hours, multiple phone calls I still do not have my money refunded and the mattress is sitting in the middle of my entry way.

Very Firm

Biggest complaint is that the top is so slick that the bottom sheets keep popping off the corners! Otherwise, I love it! I will try different sheets to see if it helps!
