At first it was a little too firm. The more we sleep on it the more we like it. Customer service is great too!

My husband doesn't have low back pain anymore and he has stopped sleeping with a back brace so it has been great for him!

Bed is more on the firm side, but has enough give for solid comfort. Pillows aren't worth the price.

The mattress is okay, but better suited for a back sleeper due to firmness. It is much too firm for a side or belly sleeper without a topper.
